(p) 1993 Russian Disc, RDCD 00073 / 74

Independent Russian Composer M. Ch. The Electronic - Acoustic - Eclectic - Music. Recorded December 1991 - January 1992. All music composed and performed by M. Chekalin (keyboards, vocal, etc...). Recorded at the TSMD 24 canal Studio (Disc 1). Recorded at the MDM 24 canal Studio (Disc 2). Recording engineer I. Zamaraev. Mixed by M. Chekalin. Produced by M. Chekalin. Editor N. Katsman. Cover design by S. Kolobkov, M. Chekalin. Photo by D. Chekalin. On the front cover: M. Chekalin, Self-Poitrait. Copyright on all the music belongs to M. Chekalin (Author's mastertape original is M. Chekalin's personal property).

Recording this album M. Chekalin followed his principle not to draw in other musicians (the same his previous works is concerned), being the only performer (in the process of successive track tape-recordings) and he didn't use sequence (which replace live perfoiming) technologies.

This album (Disc 2, Tracks 7, 8, 10, 12) features four works recorded in 1982 and 1984 (these are first unique experiments with sound imitation of jazz and symphony casts) as well as a choral work (excerpt from «The Ritual-Night for Voices») - the third important element of M. Chekalin's electronic music evolution and concept.
